Skid Racing Warranty Policy
Skid Racing products are warranted against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of original retail purchase
This warranty does not cover: scratches on the products; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear or aging of the product such as discoloration. Damage caused by loose or over-tightened components will be exempt from warranty. OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. Do not use this product on vehicles which will be driven on public roads.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender. No Exceptions. Skid Racing will ONLY cover shipping back to the customer.
Skid Racing Return Policy
▪No returns will be accepted after 30 days of initial purchase.
▪Returns is accepted against manufacturer defects in materials
▪ All returned merchandise must be in “like-new” and resellable condition.
▪ Any DENIED returns received must be claimed within 30-days of receipt. Retail customers and distributors agree to a mandatory forfeiture of all denied merchandise if not claimed after 30 days.
▪ Only returns from direct retail customers who purchased from SkidRacing.com will be accepted. Customers must contact the authorized dealer where the merchandise was originally purchased.
Shipping Information
▪ International Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped via YAMATO TRANSPORT. On some occasions, orders may be shipped via EMS, FEDEX Priority. We DO NOT ship to PO boxes.
▪ Domestic Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped via SEINO TRANSPORT.
▪ Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday --Friday, excluding public holidays within the Japan. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time of 1 P.M. PST, majority of the orders will be processed the following business day. Orders may take up to 4-5 business days to process during the holidays due to a large volume of orders.
▪Tracking Information
Once a shipping label has been created, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system. The e-mail will contain your tracking number, and shipment details. You may track your order by going to the carrier website and entering the tracking number.

▪ 弊社製品は、各自動車メーカーが膨大な時間と費用を使い開発した部品を、お客様又は第三者が改造するために作られた製品です。本製品の使用が原因で、お客様の又は第三者の大切な身体及び財産を傷つけることになっても一切の責任を弊社では取れませんのでご了承下さい。
▪ 弊社製品をご使用、取り付けした際に発生した故障や点検などに関する工賃等に関しましては弊社では一切の保証をしかねます。また初期不良に関する際に発生した場合も同様の対応となります。
